Meet The Team

Max Ceaser, Executive Chef

Born in Detroit and raised in the kitchen, Chef Max Ceaser began his career almost 25 years ago as a line cook while attending the University of Arkansas where he studied Communications and Music. He split time in Northwest Arkansas cutting his teeth in the steakhouse industry and performing live music, having opened for such national touring acts as the Eli Young Band and the Gin Blossoms. He went on to be named General Manager of the Year in casual dining and later opened Cheers in the historic Old Post Office building in the Fayetteville town square as the Executive Chef while volunteering his time teaching children's cooking classes at a local non-profit center.
